Mr. Waweru is an advocate of the High Court with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree earned from the University of Nairobi. He has nineteen(19) years post admission experience in the practice of various fields of law including Civil litigation, Succession Law, Immigration law as well as property and real estate law.. He is a specialist
on the law relating to the establishment and management of Non-Profit Making Institutions such as Societies, Trusts, and Public Benefit Organisations.
Karanu Waweru is a seasoned advocate of the High Court of Kenya with eighteen
(18) years post admission experience in civil and commercial litigation. He has a wealth of expertise in litigation which includes defending personal injury claims, conducting succession matters, land cases, commercial matters, registering and advising on regulatory and compliance matters for organizations comprising
of companies, non-governmental organizations, societies, churches, trusts, foundations and other organizations in the not-for-profit sector. Karanu also handles conveyancing as well as immigration matters for both corporate entities and individuals.
Karanu hold an LLB degree from the University of Nairobi, a postgraduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law, Certificates in Board Governance and Governance Accountability from the Training Centre for Development Cooperation (MS-TCDC) Arusha, amongst other qualifications. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, Kenya Christian Lawyers Fellowship and Christian Mediation Centre Limited.
