Ms Keziah Mwashigadi is a dedicated humanitarian and legal professional, serving as a founding Partner at Employee and Legal Solutions Kenya (ELSK). Her passion for social justice and advocacy is evident in her diverse range of experiences and qualifications.

With a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Hons) degree from Riara University, Ms Mwashigadi is well-versed in corporate legal practices, contract negotiations, mediation, and entity registration. She is also a Certified Professional Mediator from Dispute and Conflict Resolution International, strengthening her abilities to resolve conflicts peacefully and effectively.

Ms Mwashigadi’s commitment to humanitarian causes is further highlighted by her diploma in Human Resource Management from Alison Education Institution in Ireland and her Project Management certification from Udemy Academy. Her involvement in prestigious Model United Nations conferences such as the Sub-Saharan International Model United Nations (SAIMUN) and the Harvard National Model United Nations (HNMUN) showcases her dedication to global issues and diplomacy.

Throughout her career, Ms Mwashigadi has utilized her legal expertise to advise clients, draft contracts, and participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution meetings. Her experience working and partnering with NGOs like UNHCR, RCK, HIAS, and GIZ, demonstrates her passion for community service and advocacy for refugee rights, she has actively engaged in policy dialogue, conducted screenings, and provided psychosocial support to clients in need.

Ms Mwashigadi’s versatile skill set includes program management, organization, writing, interpersonal communication, and training.
